It is possible to lose weight without pills or
potions or any other weight loss product.
In fact it is not just possible it is the best way to do it. We have
all seen the many adverts on the internet or in papers or magazines
that promise 10 pounds weight loss in 5 days or double your weight loss
with miracle fat burner.
Most if not all these claims are false and are just designed to part
you from your hard earned money.
Many of the pills advertised as fat blockers are little more than
laxatives and will have predictable results if you take them.
Other pills advertised as appetite suppressants have been found to
contain substances similar to amphetamines that can put a strain on the
cardio-vascular system and the heart.
So if pills and potions aren’t the answer what is? It may sound old
fashioned but the best way to lose weight is still through diet and
exercise. Put simply eat less and exercise more and you are guaranteed
to lose weight.
By following a program of healthy eating and exercise you will soon
start to achieve weight loss. Start by looking at your current eating
habits and eliminating foods that are high in saturated fat and
calories.
A healthy diet should consist of lots of fruit and vegetables, lean
protein, some good fats (from sources such as olive oil, avocados, nuts
and fish) and plenty of water to wash it all down.
Increasing your level of physical activity will also help you to lose
weight as it is a great way of burning off excess calories and also
helps to boost the metabolism.
Any increase will be beneficial even if it’s only taking the stairs
instead of the lift at work.

go for healthy weight loss of around 1-2 pounds each
